Much as I dislike NJ politics and government, why am I having trouble accepting TPNN "news" stories like this at face value??

Would you believe it if it if the story came from the NRA/ILA or would that be suspect, too? How about Wikipedia?

NRA-ILA is generally accurate. Wikipedia is the Encyclopedia for the Persistently Ignorant.

Apparently Wikipedia and the NRA/ILA agree on this one. Care to revise your assessment? I didn't use Wikipedia as my sole source. It was only one of fives sources listed.

The judge and prosecutor are the ones who should be jailed. This is a case where the system failed because those in charge of minding the system failed. The prosecutor should never have brought charges as Mr. Aitken was legally transporting the guns. The judge should have thrown the case out for the same reason.

Well done, Sage. I thought you said you were a liberal? That sounds like a rather conservative response to me. I thought you might come around. :)

NRA/ILA is even more suspect than Tea Party news crap.

Nothing so far has any pov other than the "perp's". Dude still seems a bit off to me.

Just when I was beginning to think you had come to your senses you make another hard left. I keep hoping that if you make enough left turns you'll come full circle and end up on the right, but some people never learn. You're free to look for another POV. You did read where the appellate court overturned two of his convictions didn't you?

Yep, I did. Sorry to disappoint, but the poke in the eye wasn't necessary just because I disagree. If you don't want to read my opinion(s) just post in Politics. I don't go there.
