24/7 sights cw9

I was looking at 24/7 sights on their web page and it says gun smithing required? Does the slide have to be cut? Will the front site just bolt on ? Cw9.

I'm sure others more in the know can confirm or correct this, but I looked into this for my CW45. I think what you do is twist off the front sight and then install a new one by using one of the existing holes for a screw that screws into the underside of the sight with a recessed screw.

Cw9.They have a model that will work on the "C" series Kahrs without the slide having a front dovetail cut into it. It's not listed on their web site, so you''ll need to contact them by phone and the last I heard they were requiring the slide be sent to them for the installation.
