As much as I dislike that incompetent boob in the White House, the NY Post story is misleading. It is not "Obama's plan", it is the Marine Corps' idea.

But I'll bet the Big 0 is ticked that he didn't think of it first. ;)

According to the New York Post:

Thanks to a plan by President Obama to create a “unisex” look for the Corps “The Marine Corps is being ‘encouraged’ by DoD to standardize on a unisex/universal dress and service cap,” Marine brass noted in an internal memo obtained by The Post.

And the DoD is part of the president's cabinet.

Despite the silly hats and who's to blame, this is the kind of ridiculous spending that has us 17 trillion $$ in debt. Imagine how much money we could save if we could just eliminate all the stupid stuff? We need to gut the budget and start over. Then again, what budget? :32:
