Crimson Trace / Old K9

I have an older model K9 with Crimson Trace grips. I KNOW I had directions on how to modify the grips (a little grinding with a dremel) to fit the old model K9. Crimson Trace says they didn't produce it, Kahr says they didn't produce it. Needless to say, I can't find the directions and need them. Can anyone out there help confirm I am not crazy and help me?

I got a hold of a buddy that let me tear his down to take a look. Got the laser grips modified, installed, and they work perfect. Problem solved.
