Red Labels are back!!!!!!

Slightly old news but I just got wind of it....

Ruger has re-introduced the Red Label. Looks pretty much the same, some improvements inside. Notably very long forcing cones. They say improved lockwork (make that 'simpler'). The rest looks all Ruger. No shots of the insides, but... from the outside the only difference I can see is the stainless barrel unlocking lever, as opposed to blue on all old Red Labels.

Love it.... I want a 20 as soon as they come out

A buddy of mine recently traded a CZ Redhead for a pristine older Red Label and he's very happy with it. I'm more a semi or sxs guy, but wouldn't turn down one in 20.:)

My Red Label mounts like it was custom made for me. I chose it over all the others for that reason. Have read about some of the problems they had, never had a hiccup with mine. Glad to see they are back on the market. Love my Ruger guns, they may be built like tanks, but they perform like them too.

The Red Label was built like a tank but handled and swung like a 2x4!!!
I like my Beretta Silver Pigeon II in 20 ga. much better.

I always liked the Red Label myself but ended up with a Valmet (now Tikka). Tried a whole bunch of O/U's and it was the one that fit me the best.
