I got my PM back from Kahr about 2 weeks ago after undergoing a feed ramp reduction because it was starting to consistently crack the followers.
I went to the range today, and it cracked the follower again on the first magazine I shot through it.
Beginning to get a little frustrated. This has been my favorite carry gun for 3 years.
I am going to send it back again Monday morning.

Reading about the follower problem a lot nowadays. I hope you aren't paying shipping.

Thanks TucsonMTB. I will hope they get it right this time.
Olympic - has your CM always broke followers or did it just start? And after how many rounds? Anything change since it started, ie new mags etc... Just trying to see what the trend is and how /why it starts

I hesitate to suggest it because of possible warranty issues, but if you have reasonable mechanical skills, have a rubber abrasive wheel for your Dremel, a polishing wheel for your Dremel, and are very brave (some might say foolish) you could avoid the trip to Kahr by removing a little material yourself.
In my case, preserving the shape of the end of the ramp by using a rubber abrasive wheel and then polishing the with a little rouge on a felt wheel resulted in a ramp that you would not realize had been touched through visual inspection. Cratex is the most common brand of rubber abrasive bits. But there is probably at least one in any kit that you buy for your Dremel, and possibly even in the collection of bits that came with your Dremel. Wouldn't that be nice.
Like Kahr, I was slow to remove much material. So, it took a "polishing" session followed by a failed range trip about like yours and then another polishing session before, finally, enough material was removed to effect a cure. The time to polish and test shoot at my leisure is the one advantage I might enjoy over the real gun smiths at Kahr. They are probably under some pressure to be productive.
On the other hand, if Kahr is paying for the shipping and your don't mind being without your pistol . . . by all means, just send it in again. They will get it right, probably on the next trip back.
Oh, and since this is the Internet, remember that my advice is probably worth every penny you paid for it. :o
Best of luck, sir.
very good adviuce. Just sayin

S281:
Mine was absolutely trouble free until about 1200 rounds through it. I still have the 2 magazines I had from almost the beginning ( I had Kahr change out the extended magazine with a flush 5 round one.
I do not know, I bragged about this little pistol to everybody that would listen , then this started happening. Probably should not have bragged.
Really hope I get it back trouble free this time, it is by far my favorite carry weapon.
Got my RMA today with a prepaid shipping label . going to ship it tomorrow.
