Contacted Jay the other day, his response:

Good morning. Unfortunately I no longer work for our service department. I
would recommend emailing them directly at sales@kahr.com and they should be
able to replace your magazine. I apologize for any inconvenience.
sincerely,
Jay

Thanks for the updated information, Buzzard45.

Those are some big shoes to fill. Jay has been the "go-to" guy for some time, now. I'm sorry to see him go.

With any luck, Kahr moved him to Quality Control.

He's definitely overworked and underpaid.

Kahr considered naming Jocko their new CS Manager, but they couldn't curb him from telling customers to "shoot it like you stole the fokker".

The sheep thing is the contract hold up. They said they could get over the "shoot it like u stole it fokker" but Mr. Moon is having a hard time with the sheep thing. More to come. Just sayin

Good luck on the negotiations Jocko. WE ALL hope to see some major improvements in the PR department, communications, pricing and product support. As you know, we are on your side. Let us know if you need references. We'll keep info regarding the sheep to a minimum. We are sure you'll climb the ladder quickly. I'd imagine the offers are flowing in from all the other manufacturers too. Good luck.

Jocko, as yer friend I just gotta say, you need therapy. A good massage never hurt anyone. Take Kahr up on their offer. I don't care how much you have to pay them to hire you. And don't forget I'm looking for work in the product testing department. I'll shoot 'em like I stole 'em. :)

Hope they replace jay with someone almost as good. Put the average bumpkin in there so many others have and nothing will get done right. Hope Art did not get the job. He never learned to answer questions about problems. Just to step around them.

Customer service is huge!!! No company should put it on the back burner, especially a gun manufacturer. If you can't be confident in your gun what's the point.
I've never had an issue, but it's nice to be confident that if there is a problem it WILL be taken care of in a TIMELY fashion!
