I finally saved enough money to buy a LWS380 from a dealer... price was very good compared to what you see elsewhere.

im not going to sell my LWS32 just yet though.

anyone else have a LWS380 that can shed some light on what to expect other than more recoil?

thanks.

Love my LWS32, got it used/lnib with 2 mags and some ammo for $350 in a private sale. Great little carry gun, not really fun to shoot. The .32 models are a terrific value and not too difficult to acquire these days.

I have had the 32 version for a couple years. Awsome little carry gun. I imagine the 380 would be a handful to shoot.

If you dont mind me asking, how long was the waiting list for the 380?

How Larry Seecamp managed to get the .380 caliber into what is basically a .25acp gun is nothing short of genius. There's much discussion regarding the painful recoil.

* Some people have taken steps to prepare to shoot the .380 by putting a bandaid on their trigger finger in anticipation of the "finger bang cut".

* There is a mag extension made by a member of the Seecamp Forum family that is reputed to ease the recoil.

Here's a older but interesting thread on the .380.

I have the 32 but my wife decided she liked it more than I did, so I bought another 32. the 380 had been my desire for a long time but I didn't have the money....after about a year of squirrelling away some O/T here and there, I found a dealer with one in stock, order placed, shipped, picked up in two days.

I have a mag base en route to aid in recoil reduction, it works wonders on the 32. the bandaid on the trigger finger is because of the sharp edge of the trigger guard smacking your trigger finger upon firing. in real life do or die this wont matter, but for a 18 round range session it is needed.

Guess I was preachin' to the choir. :D

Nice trio there. Let us know your thought.

My LWS32 is my longest serving CCW. Many, many years, approaching 30, it still runs like a top. Great gun.

you were able to get the LWS32 when it was selling for $800+.... that's what the new LWS380 are going for now unless you run into a scalper.

I dreamt of the LWS32 for a long while when it was selling for twice retail.... "settled" for other guns until Larry got in to CNC.
