Just wondering if anyone has tried these upgrades from Galloway Precision and if so, are they reliable and worth the trouble?

I've not tried their spring kit, but I think you might find that the reduced power striker spring from Wolff (http://www.gunsprings.com/index.cfm?page=items&cID=1&mID=29#188) will give similar results for a fraction of the price. It might be worth noting that some folks have success with reduced power striker springs, some don't(along the line of failures to fire).
To my knowledge, the sear kit hasn't been released yet.

Greg

Thanks for the info. I'm not sure its worth it then if I'm risking a failure. I think I'll wait for sear kit and see if it is reliable for others.

For 15 dollars I'd be willing to give their sear kit a try, but then again I have money to burn. ;)
