Hi folks. I just recently purchased a CW380 and promptly cleaned/prepped it following the posted guideines. I then took it to the range and ran 200 rounds of ball target ammo thru it. I had only 3 FTE in the first 50 rounds, then absolute reliablilty. It shots like a dream and will be carried on the days when my Springfield Armory XDm 45 3.8 is too bulky. I have purchased Underwood .380 +P with the 80 grain Barnes TAC-XP as my carry load. I ran a box of these thru the CW with complete reliability. I feel certain it will "discourage" anyone with a less than honorable agenda for me or my family. I am glad to find such a forum and members with so much information and experience with Kahr's. I am glad to be here.

Welcome,
I picked up a CW 380 about 3 weeks and 150 rounds ago. Absolutely flawless.
Again, glad to have you here.

Thanks for the welcome. I have had some additional time at the range with the CW380. I can report after the initial cleaning and 200 round break-in, it has been flawless. The recoil is very manageable, even with Underwood Barnes 80 gr +p and 100gr rounds. This gun is my current CC when I can't carry my Springfield .45 acp. I definitely don't feel like I am under gunned with this gun and the Underwood ammo.

I've never met anyone who enjoyed being shot with a .380. Welcome to the club.
