I have attempted to contact Kahr by phone and email. I have left voice messages, and tried to stay on the line to talk to a human. After four days I have had no call back, no email response, and still can not get thru on phone.
When I try to stay on the line it automatically sends me to voice mail.
I have never had these issues in the past. Anybody know what is going on or have a better contact number?
This is not normal Kahr service.

You've got me. I sent a single e-mail to Kahr and received a reply within 24 hours. A second round of e-mails and the problem was resolved all in the same day. The person who assisted me was Jason McKeon.

I sent one email and got one back within two business days. My gun is in the mail back to them since he contacted me yesterday. I don't know how long the repair will take, but it shouldn't be longer than a month door to door. Not worried since it is the land of heavy coats and bulky cover garments. Compact vs sub-compact and all that.
