Front sight height on CM9

How tall is the front sight on the CM9? I need a starting point to measure for Dawson trijicons. I asked them and they gave me a link to the instructions and told me to use a dial caliper. I don't own a dial caliper.

Mine measures .175" or 4.45mm. Hope that helps you out.
