Posted on this forum back on Oct 23rd about a P380 with problems.
The gun went back to Kahr on the 25th of Oct. It came back today, Dec 27th. Gone for 2 months.
I no longer own this gun. There are other gun compaines that have MUCH better customer service.
Two months is just way too long.
I am signing off of this forum as there is no need to stay.
Thanks for your time.:(

I would consider 2 months about normal including shipping both ways. I wonder if they fixed his problem. That's the real test of customer service.

Already sold? If not, pm me with your asking price. I'm happy with mine but have room for another at the right price.

A man of little patience. Didn't even wear the new off. Good things come to those who wait. What will he do when his next .380 has the hiccups?

The man of little patience most likely was used to guns working the way they are expected to. I for one can't blame him for being angry about the gun but not for the 2 weeks. I don't get the selling without testing/up to him. I have a sig p238 that has never hiccup ed on any loads including range reloads but for me 380 is not for me so I am going to sell it. At least he said good bye.

Sorry when stuff like this happens. A reliable Kahr .380 would be a great gun to have. Two months seems a bit long but not in my opinion outrageous.

I read the post wrong I thought it was 2 weeks but still 2 months not that long if the gun comes back working but we will never know.

I was hoping you would have at least tested and reported back on how the gun functioned and if all the problems were fixed. :(

In a perfect world everything is perfect. This one ain't. Sorry 'bout that.
Right now Colt is taking about four months to fix guns under warranty. It's all relative.
