Obie, what are you feeding your Kahr? It could be ammo that the gun doesn't like. You might try another brand. Kahr pistols are very tight when new. They need to be clean and properly lubed to function properly. It may take 200 rounds or more to break the gun in. Check out the sticky on the proper prep of Kahr Pistols.

Welcome to the forum.... Now you have several options; Read, understand and follow the New members section. It will help you break your Kahr in properly. Follow what others have mentioned about your ammo choices. And Lastly I'm always interested in buying a POS like yours. What's a cw40 paperweight selling for these days? $25?
I'l quadruple that ($100) because I am in the Christmas Spirit and feel it's truly better to Give than receive! After the New Years hangover wears off however, I'll be back at that $25 offer....

I think a Kahr is a very precise and tightly made gun. It's not perfect, but I don't think any gun is. It takes some mechanical understanding and a little effort to dial it in, and it will take a few rounds to break in. The advise given in here is the best you'll get anywhere. If you don't want to work that hard you might be better off with something more simple. What other guns have you owned and work well for you?

I'm first; offer made. NOBODY should settle for a cw40 paperweight. I however collect paperweights.

Count me in. I'm not into paper weights, but I do collect boat anchors. :)
