K40 Recoil Spring Replacement

I am going to buy a few recoil springs from Wolff, I can feel the spring is losing it's tension. Do folks have better luck going with the 22lbs XP spring or the regular 20lbs standard spring?

I've been told that it's a good idea to add a little because it makes the 40 more reliable after the tension settles in.

For that reason, yes, and also because it helps the recoil some.
