I am really considering a pj holster. I have a crossbreed and really like it. I also have a KTmech owb and a remora.

I like my crossbreed very much but just feel like it isnt perfect. Not sure if there is a perfect iwb holster or not but the journey continues.

My issues with the crossbreed is It's a ***** to put on also adjusting my belt is a pain as we'll. the pj looks and seems easier but maybe not as comfortable against the skin.

So anyone who owns both please chime in. I have almost ordered one several times.

Also what cant do u choose for ur pj. I lie the 4oclock position.

I own both. The Crossbreed is very comfortable, but as you pointed out it's a pain to put on and take off. My Crossbreed is gathering dust. I use my PJ every day. I own two now, and have another PJ on order. Paul (the guy who owns/makes PJ holsters) is running about 10 weeks from order to delivery right now.

My advice: buy the PJ.

I 2nd that! Personally I like a 15 degree (FBI) cant as I carry my weapons at the 3:30 position.

For my 'p' Kahrs and lighter guns, I love the PJ (20 degree cant personally). Super easy to put on. For my heavier guns, I still like the crossbreed.

+1...couldn't agree more. Any Hybrid Type holster is great for the heavier guns, I prefer the White Hat brand. PJHolster is great for the Kahrs. :D

For the cm9/pm9 I don't think there is a single better holster than garrett industries silent thunder. Build is excellent and I received mine within 7 days of ordering, and they have great customer service if you ever have any issue. I like that clip style the best and it works well as a single clip because it grabs under the belt. I have never cared for metal clips. I have had a couple of hybrids like the crossbreed/theis and they are great for giving you a stable holster location on the side but I always felt like they were too bulky. I like something that I can adjust the angle and ride depth for at all variations. I've owned a pj and it was fine as well, very easy on and off and low bulk. Which you order would depend on where you want to carry.

Love my PJ for my CW380. Forget I'm wearing it half the time

I don't have a pj's holster, but I do have the galco supertuck which is pretty much the Crossbreed. One reason why I like the galco is because it sits high above the belt line so you can draw quick, and get a nice purchase on the weapon. A lot of holsters out there sits the weapon low close to the belt, or below the waistline. Does this bother anyone, or is it just me?

I personally like the gun sitting lower than higher. It conceals way better for me, and less to worry about when you are bending or nealing and such. I have two young children so I am doing a lot of bending and nealing.
With that, I own a pj holster and think it's amazingly comfortable, easy on and off, minimal, has a very positive hold on the gun. I bought mine with a 30 degree can't which is best for a more deep concealment. For an awesome review check out faliaphotography pj holster. She sold me on it. My wife likes me to dress in more form fitting close so between that and kids, deep concealment is what I do. Downside of deep concealment is you don't get as good of purchase on the gun, but that's why I have the gun at 30 degree cant.
I also own the hybrid style and it also needs to sit lower, but prefer my pj holster. Planning on buying more.

Remember the longer you wait to buy the longer you wait to receive it. Wait period is pretty long.

Thanks everyone. I ordered last week. So 9 more to go. I decided on a 20 degree cant. Can't wait!

My first holster for my CM9 was a Theis IWB, a Crossbreed knockoff. It was ok and was fairly adjustable. Real pain to put on and take off. Saw the PJ Holster and gave it a try. Ordered with the FBI Cant and wore it at 3:30-4:00. It was infinitely more comfortable and much easier to put on and take off. The Theis now sits on the drawer unused.
I got a K9 and bought another PJ with a bigger cant and wear it at 4-4:30. It fits perfectly behind my middle-age spare tire. I accidentally broke the overbelt clip on the CM9 holster and sent it back to Paul for repair and asked him to increase the cant 5-10 degrees. It's perfect now. And they're interchangeable. I can use either holster for either firearm with the tension screw.

Like others have said, Paul's success is increasing his lead times but they're well worth the wait. His customer service is second to none.
