Put 100 rounds through the CW .45 today

Finished the break in period today. This pistol just keeps getting better and better. Love this thing. I've had it for over a year and just never got around to putting all of the 200 rounds through it, I know I was slacking. I always carry my CW .40 as my CCW.

Man, this pistol is a straight shooter and feels great in the hand.

I shot 50 rounds of Remington UMC, 230 grain and 50 rounds of Speer Lawman, 200 grain. Ate both of them good.

Hell, HAP, ya barely wore the new off. Keep bangin away. Ya can't wear it out. Life's too short. :)

You're right muggsy, life is too short. As fun as it is shooting you think I'd be out every weekend.

I'll just have to start making a habit out of it. Hopefully I can get the wife to agree with my thinking. :D

Get her a sweet shooting .22 and take her with you. Get her trained safe and then make it fun: case of cheap soda pop for "exploding" targets, etc.

Not a bad idea bob. She has a tactical shotgun but a nice .22 would do the trick I think. She already really likes shooting so that would put her over the top. Now we just need a babysitter on the weekends and we'd be set.

Worked for me. When I buy ammo, she just says "good" and when I say I'm going shooting want to come with? she says "sure".
