No failures of any kind. I followed some internet advice and pulled the slide back a couple thousand times and left it locked back for a couple days. I love this gun! The recoil was very manageable. 18 hornady critical defense +p, 18 tulammo steelcase, and the rest winchester white. Very impressed. I switched my layaway from an lc9 to the cm9 right b4 paying it off. (cabela's waived the 25.00 penalty). Awesome carry weapon.
