I managed to brush the slide with my thumb while shooting my CW380 this morning, and I'm curious what thumb position most of you use that have the small P380 or CW380. I imagine the PM9 would be similar, as well. I was using a thumbs forward grip but let my thumb drift too close to the slide twice.

I hold my gun hand thumb down with the supporting hands' thumb... as Suzi does here:

Both of my thumbs point forward with the left thumb below the right where it should be. I hold my gun like a man not like a Suzi. :) (Just messin with ya Wyntrout.)

Both thumbs forward but the strong hand thumb technically resting on the first knuckle of the other thumb (not actually holding the gun). Helps keep it away from that slide lever.
Same for all pistols: including MK9 and MDE380.

Thumbs forward. I shoot the CW380, alot, with one hand - in that case it is thumb forward. Now I was looking last night during dry fire and it seems that someone with larger hands might have a problem with trigger finger interference but with my hand size (small) it is no issue.

Me, too. Strong hand has the same placement regardless of one hand or two hand grip.
