CW 40 mag question

Okay just got a nice used CW 40, picked up an extended mag for it. I am looking at a pearce extender for the factory mag, as it offers a little more grip at the bottom. My question here would be for someone owning a pm 40, or p 40, or someone who has tried to fit a Pearce extender on a CW40. It looks as though the bottom plate, and stop plate are the same on these models, (right or wrong). Or is there another mag extender out there that fits the CW 40.

The 9mm's and the .40's mags use a lot of the same parts. The springs and the bases are the same on the mags, but the followers and tubes are different.
