I think it's only fair that the gun owners publish the names and addresses of the editors and reporters of the paper and the names of their children and the schools which they attend.

That has been done and the reaction is comedy. NYT actually hired gun toting security for their building after they had it done to them. Project Veritas went by some of these jack offs' houses asking them to post a gun free sign in their yards. Sometimes they were threatened with guns.

The concealed carry law in Texas insures the privacy of licensees. It is illegal to seek or to provide information to a third party about who is licensed for a CHL in Texas.

Problem is: you can't count on that stopping them... Maybe so in Texas...for now... If you think about it, ANY gun legislation is unconstitutional and should therefore be illegal.

In OK the CCW records are by statute NOT PUBLIC RECORD.

Are there any laws against murder in Texas? Laws only serve to deter crimes not prevent crime. Most laws don't come into effect until after the fact.

NC demographics are changing with the influx of business (particularly financial) into the state. Who would have thought the Dem's would have wone NC in 2008. And it was up in the air in 2012.
Wake up NC.
