Ordered a set of black granulate talon grips the other day. Even with the holiday last Monday, they arrived yesterday and were on my gun within 15 minutes of my checking the mail. Now, my only complaint, I work outside for a living and have very dry hands. The granulate "exfoliates" my hand as my wife says. It is a tad rough on dry calloused hands but they work VERY well. Will most likely stick to the rubberized grips from Talon in the future but I am very satisfied customer and will buy many more from them.

I also like the Talon grips. Like you, I started with the granulate grips but have gone to the rubberized ones and really like them.

I had a Glock 30 that had the rubberized grips on it and decided to try the granulate. I much prefer the rubberized to the granulate but, such is life. I will buy the rubberized from now on but can't complain about the granulate.

Only gun that I have granular Talon grips on is My M&P 9Pro. It is my IDPA gun and works great with hot sweaty hands. All the rest have rubber.
One thing I have learned, granular does not work well for carry, sticks to your clothes like velcro.

I use to buy Talon Grips till they got too expensive. Use to be ten dollars. Now they are $18.00. I use these now. The quality is every bit as good and half the price.

Roll of 2" step tape (or sometimes called skateboard tape) for like 8 bux on eBay makes all the sets you need.
I clean my weapons with an alcohol based spray.
The first time I used it the Traction grips turned loose.
Thats when I bought the roll off eBay.
