About two months ago I sent my PM45 slide into Kahr for night sights. About a week later I received a package. My slide. But no night sights. Nothing. not a note or anything. So I called and emailed. Took about 4 days to reach anyone. Finally got in touch with the main guy who was very nice and apologetic. They had me send slide back on their dime. It's been 4 weeks and nothing. Emails and phone messages are not returned. I have no idea where my slide is and whether I will ever have it returned. Any ideas? I think this may be my last Kahr.

Then Hire more people. Are you blind? I guarantee Smith & Wesson is busier than these clowns and their customer service is impeccable. This kind of customer service doesn't fly in any business. The amount of complaints I have read is mind blowing. For the price of hiring a few more people Kahr could have kept A Lot of customers. Alas, they have lost another

In addition: why would anyone want to do business with a company that treats
Eoin Pryal the way they do. Poor bugger is all alone with no help in sight. They are just cashing in with no thought towards people or product.

I would suggest then, that you sell your POS Kahr, and get a S&W. Then, when you have issues with that, you can ***** about them. In the mean time, I'll give you $100 for your Kahr, and I'll wait until it arrives. Seems that everyone thinks that they are the only customer.
