P380/CW380 in jeans pocket?

I am currently carrying a CM9 in a TUFF pocket holster (an awesome holster for the CM9 by the way). It works great in kakis or cargo pants but is just too bulky to pocket carry in jeans. I am considering adding a CW380 to the stable for days I am wearing jeans. My days of "skinny jeans" are over so typically I wear relaxed fit on my 6' tall 160 lb. frame. Has anyone had any experience with the 380's in a front jeans pocket and does anyone have a good holster recommendation that has worked for them?

I don't even like to carry my LCP in my Desantis Nemesis while wearing jeans. I do it, but I am just so much more comfortable carrying IWB or lazy OCing with her tucked up tight against my body.

I carry in jeans just fine. I am 5'8 140lbs. I use the leather galco pocket holster...

Bar none the PJ Holster pocket holster is one of the best. It's super thin, light weight kydex with a single rivet holding it together. It has excellent retention with a thumb break for easy removal of your pistol. When it's in your pocket you barely know that it's there.

Here's a CW380 in a sticky holster. Looks like a wallet in your pocket and can be used IWB also.

I carry a CW380 in a generic, leather, pocket holster. I can carry it in front pocket of regular fit jeans, but drawing takes too long. It's more practical for me to carry in my back pocket.

My PM9 with Alabama Kydex holster is actually a tad thinner combo than my P3AT in DeSantis Nemisis. Even though this is true there are several pairs of pants where the .380 works and the nine does not.

I carry my P380 in the front right pocket of my 501s inside a Desantis Superfly -- works just fine!!!

I have a Remora Holster but it appears a lot thicker than the PJ Kydex. I may have to try one. The less bulk in the pocket the better...IMO.

Agreed, Remora is great for IWB but too thick for pocket, compared to others. I prefer Meco leather for pocket but for the softer variety, Mike's works well too.

I carry my p380 pretty much everyday in a Stellar rigs kydex pocket holster. I have never seen a pocket holster that better obscures the L-shape of a gun in the pocket. I picked mine up cheap on E-Bay. Worth a look. And not as pointy as the PJ holster.

My P380 in the DeSantis Nemesis goes with me and my Wrangler carpenter jeans front pocket. I forget it is even there. The gun actually fits better in my jeans pockets than it does in dress pants as the pockets are larger and the gun seems to move around a good bit more.

I second this, it's so much more comfy than me PM9 with the same holster I"m considering selling my PM9 since I rarely carry it.

P380+CT laser in Elite Survivor pocket holster (size 2L.) Front pocket of everything every day - usually dress slacks or shorts but jeans are no problem as long as they're not too tight. Some jeans I USED to wear seem to have shrunk.

Cotton or cotton/poly casual pants, not jeans, and you can carry a CM9 in a DeSantis pocket holster without printing and easy draw.

I carry mine in a Recluse holster. Never notice it in my front right pocket. Very comfortable.

I just received a Desantis Superfly to pocket carry my CW380. The holster fits the gun very well and I am able to draw cleanly with or without the extra flap from the front pocket of my relaxed fit jeans. With or without the extra flap you can see that there is something in my pocket but not what it is.

Well usfpaul82 I took your advise. I found a CW380at the Mesquite Rodeo Gunshow yesterday and was able to find a Galco pocket protector (Pro436) to go with it and added a bicycle tube grip cover. You were right, it does in fact work quite nicely in my jeans pocket. I found that it printed a bit but by wearing a loose fitting T-shirt outside my pants the outline is hidden. I think the CW380is going to make a nice alternative to my CM9 when I am wearing jeans. I guess I will be selecting pocket accessories depending on my daily attire.
