I've got one n-s and two e-w. I don't have a clue what that means.

Not my dogs. East - West is more prevalent, but North -South is no uncommon. I don't guess my dogs really give a sh*t.

Do sheep shrink when they get wet?

According to Jocko they don't shrink, but the do tighten up a bit.
