CM40 prices

I'm in the market for a CM40 and I have been looking online and thru a dealer in my area. The local place can get me one for $449.99. I can find one online for $343 plus $5.99 shipping and then a $25 transfer fee to a local FFL. In fact the local FFL is the same place that said they can get the CM for $449.99. Saving a buck is always a top priority for me.

So does anyone know of any place online I can find it cheaper than $343? That sounds pretty cheap but just want to make sure.
