You would need a complete upper and re-design. The barrel needs to pivot and mate with the slide. That's why combos like that wind up with blowback action when adding longer barrels. you would need a bolt and barrel designed for the pressure/recoil to be expected.

Kahr is having a hard enough time keeping up with production and shipping of the new products they already committed to producing.
