After my second trip with my new P9 today, I have now put the requisite 200 rounds through her with not a single issue. Not one. This is the 11th gun I've owned (my first Kahr) and I have never had a gun right out of the box run so flawlessly.

I did have a magazine follower crack in half however. So much for being excited about having a 3rd mag come for free. I'll probably call Worcester and see if they can send me another.

Over all, I am really impressed with this gun. Just a gem!!!! Time to start carrying her. Way to go Kahr!:yo:

Very glad the break in went well. Some people have had trouble with broken followers so you should keep an eye on that.

I would advise giving it anutter 200 rounds not for break in but for the magazine follower issues. It may work with a broken follower but neer trust tht theory either. Error on the side of caution, give the gun some more rounds. the P9 have not been known for follower issues but once again sh!t happens.. welcome tothe forum.:Amflag2: that is the first P9 with the external safety that I have seen. That IMO is really a nice gun. IMO.
