Looking at getting a leather holster for by cm9 for open carry in the summer time the thing is i dont want to spend a ton of money and i dont want to have to wait more then 4 week to get it also i have run into the problem of some leather holster only can be used with 1 1/2" belts or smaller i need one for 1 3/4"
Two options i have come across so far are
This pancake holster off of ebay

Or my other option is a Desantis Mini slide holster
Any other suggestions would help

check Lobo Gun Leather and Winthrop holsters. I think the OWB Winthrop is only $45 and they should have them in stock. I have one that I use for carrying the SP101 and it's good quality.

Braids makes excellent holsters. Especially, when you consider the price he charges. They will accept a 1 3/4" belt. I have the one you selected, and the one below.

I've had both of them for about 6 months, but tend to wear the latter the most. I think I prefer it simply because it takes up less real estate on my belt. The fit and finish couldn't be better. They hold up very well and have excellent retention. His holsters, IMO, are worth way more than he gets for them on ebay.
The picture below is of my favored braids holster, as it looks today, after wearing it 12 hours a day for almost 6 months. My CM9 has a CT Laserguard laser, so the holster may look a little strange to you.

This is mine and my wifes from Nelson Holsters, Note the flap on the inside to keep it pulled in tight. Its basically a cross draw I carry on the strong side. This one is made for an 1 1/2" belt but he will do what your want. -
