Old enough to vote. Too young to carry a gun unless it's fully automatic and you are in uniform defending your country. How do the liberal defend this policy of age discrimination?

It is done with alcohol in all 50 states muggsy. And frankly on the alcohol issue I agree with the dichotomy.

Age discrimination is only applied at the other end of the spectrum. The young have votes and enthusiasm, but the old have the MONEY...

It's the American way muggsy!

The TRUTH of the matter is that the older you are the MORE likely you are to vote. Those of us in the know are aware that senior citizens as a demographic are some of the most prolific voters. Facts are Facts.

Another transgression of liberty. Mothers in Italy serve wine to their children. Here's lookin' at you, Longitude Zero. I've never understood how they can put a sixteen year old behind the wheel of a two ton vehicle with thousands of moving parts and then tell them that they can't handle a two pound hand gun with only about seven moving parts. Driving isn't a constitutional right. You are supposedly smart enough to vote for a presidential candidate, yet too dumb to handle a firearm. Which task can do more damage? (note the present c-in-c.) The things that make you want to go Hmmmmm. :)

I couldn't have said it better, Muggsy.
