I stopped by my local Walmart, Wednesday and was surprised to see they finally had some 9mm and .40 practice loads in stock. I picked up a 100 round pack of Remington UMC 115gr HP cartridges for around $38.00, (Could be used for SD, but I prefer using something a little "hotter" for SD)
Muzzle velocity 1135, muzzle energy 329 ft/lbs) according the Remington site.
I also picked up a 100 round of WWB flat nosed FMJ .40 for about the same price. It's been months since I've seen anything in 9mm or .40 except the high priced SD ammo in the 20 round boxes, usually the Winchester PDX1, and once in awhile some Hydra Shoks again in the 20 round box. My local Walmart gets it's ammo in Tuesday, and is usually in the display case by Wednesday afternoon.
