View Full Version : Best Way to Carry Your Spare Magazine?

I remember there was concern about the spare magazine's exposed bullet being vulnerable to being hit, rubbed or whatever while carrying it in your pocket.
This could lead to that bullet nose diving out of proper position in the magazine.
The other thing that could happen is losing the round from the magazine unknowingly. Now you're down a round... God forbid, in a gunfight.
Question: Are there kydex inside the pocket mag carriers designed for the CM9/PM9?
If so, please let us know.
Thanks,
Roger

DeSantis makes single stack mag pocket carriers. They work great for Kahr mags. Here's a link to one at MidwayUSA:

I know that PJ of www.PJholster.com will make Kahr mag carriers in addition to his holsters. His stuff is always top-quality.

I don't know of any kydex. I have one from Sticky holsters and two from Remora.

Beardog makes excellent mag pouches for Kahr 9mm mags and his pocket pouch that I have for my CM9 is superb work with a very small footprint. Check out other posts in the holster part of the forum for pictures of his work.
I use these...

Yeah, thanks guys. These replies have been helpful in addition to some info. I picked up from the recent CCW holster thread.

I second the PJ mag holder. A one piece design with no screws, nuts, of rivets. First quality work from a class guy.

SnagMag has a cool design. I have one & I like it. It functions well. The only thing I don't like is the price. They'd probably sell a bunch of them if they'd cut the price in half.
