I think if I hear one more time that since Muskets were the weapon in use at the time the Bill of Rights was written, "then we should be allowed to own muskets, and nothing more." then I am going to vomit, or shoot the TV.
Or why do you need an "assault rifle" to hunt with? How many times do we have to tell these libtards the 2A is not about hunting, except for tyrants and despots. (can we add libtards to the list?)
The musket was the standard "assault weapon" of the day. Now we have modern "assault rifles" and the civilians should have the right to the same types of rifles. Maybe not full auto, but at least the same basic design and features. Actually full auto would be fine with me. But that is not going to happen.

Good post, Tman. I'm with you on the full auto.

For those of us experienced with select fire aka full auto it is vastly overrated by those who have little to no experience with it. I prefer the three round burst. More accurate and far less wasteful of ammo. Frankly I could not care less about select fire. I just wish SBR's amd supressors were not NFA items. Now THAT is where it is at for those in the know.

SBR's are cool, but the process to have one is not. Sig "arm brace" anyone?

It's very easy to win an argument with a libtard any time they ask you why you "need" any gun you own.
A: Don't fall for the trap, you don't have to explain anything to them, and don't even try. After all the question is designed to be a trap, and you owe them no explanation anyway.
B: This is still the USA, and last I checked, I don't have to "need" anything in order to own it.
C: If the above fails, tell the libtard that if you can analyze everything they own and determine if they "need" it or not, and they'll get rid of the offending items, you'll do the same.
Every single time I've used these points, the lib shut the fu and walked away in a huff.:D

Just punch them in the throat when they start to speak...argument won.

You can't win an argument with a liberal because they're like the pigeon playing chess. They dance all over the chessboard, kick the pieces over, then sheet on the board and declare checkmate.

I always used the metaphoric phrase of pig wrestling. JohnR I will add you descriptor to my quiver of interjectives.

I agree with the 3 round burst, I forgot it was an option.
There are also those little crank devices that attach to your trigger that let you fire a few rounds with each rotation of the crank. And the bump fire stocks for AR's and AK that you can use to fire a short burst, or empty the magazine, whatever it is you want to do. I can squeeze the trigger fast enough to empty a mag plenty fast without it being full auto. Probably around 3 or 4 rounds a second, if I'm just praying and spraying.
While the libtards are down after punching them in the throat, go ahead and kick them in the b*lls if you find them. They are probably checked at the door in a jar up on the mantle and only can come out when the old lady says it's OK.
