I have heard about this issue and I just experienced my first broken magazine follower. I've put maybe 500-600 rds thru the gun, but I have several magazines. Hopefully this won't be a trend. I sent Kahr service dept an email with a few pics. Hopefully they will send a few free replacements. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/03/09/guryhe8u.jpg

There is another full thread on this "back to the factory". I had the same issue. My followers broke on my mags within 20 rounds each. I called Kahr, they sent me a Fed-X lable and return number and I was told 4-5 weeks for repair. Believe it or not, I shipped it to them 2-28 and my dealer called my on 3-07 saying they had it back. They replaced the followers in my mags and did work on the feed ramp and polished it. I didn't have a chance to try it out but from what I've read, their fix is actually that, a fix. I'm guessing you'll have to go the same route.

sne dthis photo to Kahr, attn Jay and ask for advice. they will send u a new replacement follower no doubt, but store that photo for if it happens again u need tosend the photo and email to kahr, attn Jay and ask for a prepaid pick up. I have a feeling it will break anutter follower but I broke one in my PMJ9 and never anutter in over 32K rounds, so give it a good shooting and check over every magazine ..:Amflag2:

I'm hoping that this is a one time deal. Like I said, I've put about 500rds thru it and this is the first broken follower. If it does happen again, then back to the factory.

I've broken only one follower in one of my CW40 mags. And I did that by using a mag loader for the first round into the mag. Guess it put the follower at an odd angle.
So now I load the first round by hand, then use the loader! So far, so good.
