Bought 2nd Kahr in a week

I was so pleased with how the PM9 I recently purchased performed that I went out today and purchased a P45. It came with 3 magazines. I have prepped it and will report back after my first range session.

I bet it won't be a CT40 or CT45 or CM45. You'd think if a company was going to announce a product, you might be able to buy it say in a couple months. I've been waiting on the CM45 over a year now. I may start looking at some other brands if they don't get it on the shelves soon.

You can always get a PM45....

Why look elsewhere? If the need is so great, then the money is justified to buy the PM45. If you have money burning a hole in your pocket, then spend it on a PM45 or CW45. If its neither need nor money burning its hole... then use the money for a shrink.

I own a TP45 and carry it every day. I simply love that pistol.

It's the weekend. I'm a member at a local range, but it's always packed on weekends. I'll be there on Monday.

I went to the range today and put over 200 rounds though it without a hitch, although it did beat the crap out of me. I will never do that again with a lightweight .45! :eek:


I shot mostly Magtech 230 grain FMJ and a few magazines of Federal 230 grain HST standard pressure.


The pistol functioned perfectly, however it was shooting 8 inches low at 7 yards and it was definitely not me. I was shooting out the X-ring with the PM9. I wrote Kahr and let them know about it. It's a good pistol, very dependable and packs a punch. It just needs some tweaking.
