Just purchased a cw380 and not real happy with it. Ran 6 mags through it and every one had FTF FTE. Now the mag will only load two rounds. People told me how great these guns are and I'm not so sure. Any help out there?

Sorry to hear about your problems. It's not good when a gun doesn't perform correctly. Kahrs mags are not the best ones out there. Its the only mag of any gun manufacturer that I own where I have to sand, polish and keep super clean to run effectively. Here's what I do.

I take the mag apart and clean it real good. Then stick the follower on the spring and slowly insert into the magazine. If it doesnt go up smoothly I'll do some light sanding. For the mag I roll up some 400 grit sandpaper and put it on a pen and sand the inside of the mag and the feed lips also. I also sand the follower with 400 grit on all sides in the direction the follower travels. Since I've started doing that to all my Kahr mags I dont have any issues.

If you are able to take a picture of the malfunction it will be easier to help diagnose the problem.

Did you read the owners manual cover to cover? Did you clean the gun and magazines before taking it to the range? Did you purchase quality ammo or the usual substandard range fodder? Did to read all of the material concerning the proper preping of your new Kahr pistol on this website?

You have purchased and are shooting one of the finest compact concealed carry pistols available.

If you have not already done so, please read and follow these stickys in the New Members Area subforum:

Proper Prep of a New Kahr (jocko)
Kahr Lube Diagram (johnh)
Newcomer Welcome and Info Links (wyntrout)

These cover 99% of new pistol issues. New Kahrs are very tight, need the factory recommended break in rounds, and need to be properly cleaned and lubed.

I agree. You MUST clean the gun thoroughly followed by lube and you should be good to go. 99% of Kahr newbee problems are failure to follow the above advice.
