"Gun Tests" magazine BASHING the Kahr PM45?

I got an advertisement in the mail the other day from some new magazine called "Gun Tests". Inside the envelope, the letter starts off by putting a Sig and a Kahr facing each other and asking which one?

They flat out tell people to NOT buy a Kahr PM45. I'm willing to bet Todd Woodard of "Gun Tests" magazine didn't follow Jocko's break-in procedures or the lube guide. Just sayin'.

Could this be the reason KT has seen an increase in new users creating threads focused on bashing Kahr pistols and Kahr customer service?

That publication is garbage. They are totally amateur and often compare apples and oranges. Don't waste your money on it.

looks like sujmpin one of our recent BANNED members would do. Why GT would even put this on any site,let alone mail it to anyone shows total lack of any class what so ever. I don't care if it was kel tek on the right. t is just not professional. I can reverse that with my PMJ9 on the left and my 1911 Para thatI once owned. It was a nice bug but a real POS as far as reliablity goes.

I doubt John R. that Sig would stoppd that low, as they know bnetter, they put ut some ill working guns to and no sig owner would apapreciate it when they know ow good their products are to.

I just hat eto see that stuff floating around for any newbie looking would be intimidated by that. They think what ever they read or see on the internet is true. I used to get Gun Test and at the time it was good. They don't accept advertisements and they buy the guns they test supposedly off the line.

They were pretty straight forward and called it the way they saw it.

I've had good luck with many guns they felt were junk, and didn't care much for a few guns they thought were the greatest thing since jockulation.

So it's just their opinion.

They were probably limp wristing the thing and didn't consider that. Or perhaps they would call it over recoil compensating or some such thing.

Posting a thread or sending a text to a friend is one thing but grammar/spelling errors in a publication just ooze class IMHO.

Take what you read with a grain of salt. But I agree that I hate to think newbies would be influenced by this kind of yellow-rag crap opinion.

To those of you who aren't members of the NRA (and you should have your arse kicked if you own a gun and you're not) in the April issue of the American Rifleman the Editor's Choice in product reviews is the Kahr CT45. Kinda makes you want to go Hmmmm.

Agreed. And as of late SIG is a pack of liars. For instance a SIG rep recently told me that the MPX pistol will NEVER hit the market as anything but a Class3 weapon. Also the SIG P320 Glock knockoff will not see the civilian market until at least Q4 2015 if it hits that early.
