Today I received my order from almost 4 weeks ago, true to the stated lead time, of a Crossbreed SuperTuck IWB holster. I already had a MiniTuck from Kahr to fit my T40. That wasn't a perfect marriage because of the size and weight of the T40, but I liked it a lot.
Having a Kimber Compact CDP II now, actually a little smaller than the T40 but same 4" barrel, I wanted to try the SuperTuck model for more support of the barrel length and including the body shield. I have been wearing it all afternoon and sometimes forget I am wearing it. That is as opposed to the Galco OWB I got from Kimber, really nice but that same top heavy feel so typical of OWB carried high.
I had planned to relegate my MiniTuck to use with my P40. I feel that is perfect and is less surface for hot weather wear with light clothing. The gun is quite a bit lighter too.
