Hi all. I just signed up and figured I'd say hello. I bought a CM9 on March 1st. I absolutely love this weapon. The only problem I have had with it was the extra magazine that I bought had a broken follower after just shooting one clip full through it. I disassembled the mag and hot glued the follower. All is perfect now.
This pistol is awesome. I love the accuracy. I expect I am preaching to the choir though.
I've ran about 600 rounds through the pistol with ZERO problems, and I've fed it all kinds of stuff. It's my primary EDC now.
I like it so much that I am wanting to snag up a CM45 soon as my dealer gets one. Then, I'm going to get a 40 and a .380 for my wife as well. Might as well make it a family:)
Anyways, just wanted drop in and introduce myself.

Glad you found us from a displaced Missouri boy drug to the west coast against his will at a tender young age. I still got lots of kin in MO though.

Thanks for the welcomes fellas. Yes, I enjoy the Kahr very much. Been doing as much research as I can, and wondering when my dealer will get the CM45. Seems a lot of folks are wondering the same thing.

New here myself. Don't know about the CM45, but have the CW45 and love it. Great gun. Considering getting a CW9 next.
1st Kahr CM9, pocket carry. 2nd Kahr, CW45 on the belt carry. Enjoy.

Welcome! Have the CW45 and CM9. Will order the .380 next month. Like you I am so impressed with these Kahr's I'm switching some of my guns over to them.

Welcome to the forum.
My CM9 is a good shooter and my CW45 is a tack driver (with practice.) Glad you found us and if you have any problems or questions just ask.
The only problem I have had with it was the extra magazine that I bought had a broken follower after just shooting one clip full through it.
Welcome to the club, WG.
As you look around the forum, you will notice that broken followers are a common occurrence. Kahr will mail you a replacement follower, with instructions to return the gun to them when you break a second follower. They can make modifications to the gun to prevent the feed ramp from colliding with the magazine.
Good luck with your new pistol.

I'm not totally sure that feed ramp is colliding with the mag. It only happened to the 7 rounder. The 6 rounder is still perfect, and no sign of impact on the follower. I better check it out though. Thanks.

I dissasembled my 7 rounder to inspect it. Turns out the front of the follower is perfect. It was the rear that broke initially. So far, the epoxy job I did on it is holding fine. I rattled off another 100 rounds this morning with no problems...except, I noticed my recoil spring assembly nut was gone. No problem, I made another nut and loctited it on there. I did go ahead and send a message to support though, regarding the magazine and the recoil nut. we'll see what happens.
Let us know what kind of response you get from Kahr.

Recieved the new spring assembly and follower in the mail today. Will mail the bad ones back tomorrow. Good service. A little light on the communication, but they came through. Guess I'll pick up the CW380 soon now.
