Sanest guy on YouTube. Loves guns and shooting and doesn't hide it. It's infectious. Shares lots of information without ever talking down to the viewer.

He just comes across as a great guy. The kind of guy you'd want to spend some range time with. He is very knowledgeable about the different weapons he tests. And tells the history, and other interesting facts about each firearm. He has a good sense of humor and isn't afraid to laugh at himself if he misses a shot or something.
He is my Number 1 pick of the guys that do gun videos.

Love the guy. Primarily because he is not a shill for the gun industry like the lick boot Jeff Quinn. Hickok tells it like it is. If a gun is a POS he says it is and tells why he thinks it is a defective junker.

It's funny. I bashed another reviewer for being too long-winded. But for some reason, with Hickok45, I don't mind. Plus he's got a really cool shootin' range.

Hickok45 is unpretentious. He's down to earth and the kind of guy that you'd like to have a beer with. He isn't my all time favorite gun reviewer, but he in my top five. I enjoy watching him shoot.
