Finally purchased a new P9 last week and went to the range the same day to shoot for two reasons; 1) Required break-in and 2) I wanted to compare theP9 to my PM9 which had some minor misfeed issues during the break-in period.

I shot 200 rounds of 115-grain (mixed ammo) no issues. I also shot 20 rounds of Federal Premium 124-grain HST my carry ammo with not a single issue.

Two years ago I foolishly sold my PM9 and have regretted it ever since. I followed it up with a CW9 which I liked but, it just wasn't the same as the PM9. So after visiting my local gun shop and looking for a PM9, the sales person said they had just received a stainless P9 w/ Night Sights I may like. Apparently all 5 of the sales people including the owner carry either a P9 or P45. Needless to say I purchased it on the spot. I really like the feel of the P9 in my hands.

Welcome to the forum. The features of the P9 almost make it a perfect carry choice. I put a grip sleeve on mine to make it feel better, (to me). Enjoy the new Kahr.

Thanks...I've been thinking about the Pachmayr grip; I have large hands hoping it will help. So far I love it. I've been using a Remora holster and I forget I'm carrying it. I've carried it in my front pocket as well as IWB.
