I know this front sight will fit a CW9 and CM9, but I think the standard two post (one with a screw) fits the CW-CM-49s as well.
This is brand new I the box--I ordered one after they said they wouldn't send me one for free since mine came off; then they ended up sending me one. So this is an extra.
