Compared to prices around here-it's a great deal. At 359 I did better than the LGS even with the FFL fee.

Used CM9s have sold for more on this site. They, too, were subject to shipping and transfer fees.

$319 is the best price I've seen on NIB CM9.

Grabagun is great to deal with. I've been without need for a new gun for ages, must be weeks if not months! I have bought some optics, etc, but still! At this price, a CM9 would be handy to have around to use while the Eezox dries on the PM9, and vice versa. They have such great prices on Windham Weaponry ARs, I might need one of those for a rotation too... Tempting.

FWIW-I believe that's their"cash" price. They up charge for CC. Grabagun has no up charge for using a CC.

$346 is a lot cheaper than I could find it anywhere else.

In Illinois we have kind of an odd situation, where we had the FOID Act, which allows you to "transport" a firearm, unloaded, in a case or container, and we have court decisions that codified a fanny pack as a "case". We also have a concealed carry law now, but there are a long list of prohibited places, like libraries and any place that posts a ILCS 430 compliant "no guns" sign.

So the odd situation that arises from this is that I am not able to walk into a library with a loaded gun in my pocket. I could however, unload the gun in the car and put it in a pack ( like the 5.11 Select Carry Pistol Pouch), and then go to the library.

Well the loading and unloading is really bothersome, and I was thinking of getting a Kahr CM9 to just keep unloaded in a pack, and for those times when I can't carry, I'd leave my other gun loaded in its holster and lock it in the car, and just strap on the pack with the unloaded CM9 (you can transport loaded magazines with the gun, they just can't be in the gun's magazine well).

When I saw the CM9 for only 320 bucks it clinched the deal for me.

I should get it at the end of next week.
