Banned IP Address

Hello,
I can access this site just fine from my home desktop and from my work laptop but, when I try from my smart phone, I get a message saying that my (smart phone's) IP address has been banned from this site.

Please tell me what happened, and how I can correct it.

Give it some time. I had the same problem, lasted a couple hours. Your ISP assigns you the address and they change periodically. Sometimes turning it off for a little while my trigger a new addrss.

james_98188, Can you tell what the IP on your phone is? If you can get me the IP that it is claiming is banned, I can look into it and get it unblocked...

Thank you Justin, but it appears that DavidS is correct. My HTC Arrive is a relic, but I, also being a relic, prefer cell phones with physical keyboards - which are becoming a thing of the past.


I understand that Windows 8 phones have dedicated IP addresses, but my HTC Arrive uses Windows 7.5 phone and does not.
