As I prepare to start reloading some plinking rounds for my AR, I'm trying to figure out the best way to handle my pile of miscellaneous brass I have. I realize the big difference in .223 and 5.56 is the pressure, but how important is to separate the .223 brass from 5.56? If I lump them all together, can I load per .223 specs and be ok (again, I'm loading for plinking, not going to be pushing speeds or overly concerned with accuracy) or do I really need to just sort them and load each accordingly?

Well, it kind of answers them. I suppose as long as I'm loading to a .223 spec I won't have pressure problems, even on thicker 5.56 cases.
