Has anyone here Duracoated a polymer frame Kahr? My wife likes the feel of them but likes blue or purple pistols. HELP!

I have a lot of Duracoated guns....but could never do the plastic, I was told it will hold up just fine but have always been skeptical. You could do the slide perhaps and leave bottom frame black.

I have Duracoated several guns, including the Vepr I hunt with. I like the finish a lot. I use the shake and spray kits, but also have some professionally done rifles. It holds up well and if done correctly is very thin. I have never had to remove finish to reassemble a gun after coating it. Parts just fit like it was not there. Keep in mind you can put too much on, just follow the instructions and you will be fine.

Not a Kahr, but here's the wife's plastic done. It's been a couple of years, just range outings, not carried. Hope this gives you an idea.http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/05/28/egupygen.jpg
