My collection of CM9 pocket holsters. I'm a small, lean guy and I pocket carry in jeans or jean shorts often with a tucked in t-shirt and I do NOT want to print.

Left to right:

Alabama Kydex - great fit, very lightweight, stays in place and draws well. If you don't mind printing this is a great holster.

Desantis Fly - fits well and draws well. Very sticky. Doesn't print with the flap but a little bit of the handle sticks out past the flap.

Braids Leather - fits well and draws well. No printing whatsoever. Looks like a large phone in my pocket.

Recluse One Sided Leather - the thinnest no printing holster that I've tried. Similar to the Braids but thinner due to the trigger block design.

I've also ordered a Recluse with the bottom rounded on one side to better fit the contour of my jeans pocket. How do you guys feel about the Recluse trigger block design versus a fully covered trigger?

I think as long as nothing else in your pocket it would be just fine. Do you find it any kind of problem getting the gun clear of the Recluse trigger bump?

It's brand new so the leather is a little stiff but it easily clears the trigger block. When I pocket carry nothing else is in the pocket.

I answered your post because I've been thinking of getting one for myself. Can't seem to get $50+ together though.

I've only carried the Recluse once but it may end up being my preferred holster. They are expensive compared to the others.

I just couldn't trust the "trigger block". Of course I'm the guy that uses a Blackhawk #4 nylon pocket holster.

I pocket carry a CW40 or a Ruger SR9c 24/7, and no one ever notices.

I was also thinking of getting a Recluse holster but cannot decide on the One-Sided or Two-Sided for my CM9. I like the thinnest of the One-Sided but I have wondered if the slide stop would dig into my thigh because it isn't covered. Any experience with this?

I don't feel the slide stop at all with one-sided Recluse.

Any more thoughts on the safety of the one-sided Recluse?

I picked up hard leather 12 dollar pocket holster for my cm9. Its as minimal as can be and with a mini western open holster type build but with a heavier piece of leather glue into the bottom it makes for a short easy to draw from holster. One plane lookin but very functional pocket holster made by Murph's Custom Leather in China Grove NC

I front side carry this big kahr with out being gouged but note the layed back angle that allows me to CC at 2:10 position. Comp-tac with un-needed bottom leather removed.

I also bought the front pocket version of the Recluse. Very lightweight and thin. Quite comfortable. http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d33/David-R/8F603CDB-84CB-4389-A540-C3398A0065F8_zps15t4us1j.jpg (http://s32.photobucket.com/user/David-R/media/8F603CDB-84CB-4389-A540-C3398A0065F8_zps15t4us1j.jpg.html)

These are my three, from left to right.

Robert Meco

Love the workmanship of this one. Sits great in the pocket, smooth draw every time. It's thicker than the others however, feels and appears a bit bulky.

Don Hume

Although a smaller holster overall than the Meco, the gun sits higher in it. So I don't like using it with a tucked shirt. Even though I broke it in to have a loose draw, being the my UA golf shorts are a bit roomy, I need to consciously use the hook for a clean draw every time.

Sticky

Most versatile for me but it does print more. Also for the holster to remain seated during draw, it requires the opposite affect than the others. With the Sticky, I have to provide slight pressure toward the zipper while unholstering.
