You are a day late. CDNN had a Memorial Day special through last night with the CW45 for $299.

The best active deal I saw today was a few bucks less than what you quoted. Grabagun.com has it for $330 (plus probably $6 shipping).

I usually watch for deals on Slickguns.com, but the ones they showed today were out of date....

About a month ago, I stumbled across a brief sale Kentucky Gun Company was running on a CW380 (saw it on Slickguns.com), and was able to pick one up for $289... with free shipping! I had not known of the company previously, but they were very good to work with. If you have something you are interested in, it pays to keep checking.
