I have put over 600 rounds thru it so far not one problem. Except I still only have one mag for it, soon I will pick up more. I actually locked my KEL-TEC PF-9 in the safe because of the snappy recoil. I wish I looked at the KAHR CW45 sooner, now I think I will try the CW9. I just love my CW 45!

Glad you like yours. Mine is a sweet shooter too.
Kahr wants $44 for extra mags, but Grabagun has them listed for $28.64 plus shipping:

I bought two extra.

I love my CW 45. I only had one issue with mine. I had put upwards of 250 rounds through it one afternoon, rounds 600 through 850 in the gun, and had one FTE. I have put another 500 rounds through it since then without an issue. I bought extra magazines from Midway. I think they ran me about $30 each. At the price Grabagun wants, I am seriously thinking about getting another CW 45.

My CW45 trades off with my Glock 30S as my primary CCW.

Glad you like it. I've had two with nary a problem from the first shot. My CW is my carry about 80% of the time when I can cover it. I mistakenly traded my first one for a PM45 four or five years ago. Then the PM was stolen. I realized my mistake and bought another CW45, but won't replace the PM until the CM comes out, if ever.

I just ordered a CW45 from Grab-A-Gun. I plan for it to become my primary carry gun. Presently my primary carry gun is a S&W M&P 9mm Compact, with my CW380 used for carry in warm weather. I like the M&P, but I wanted to get a single stack to conceal better. I considered the Shield, but wanted to go to a .45.
Does anyone here own both a CW45 and an M&P9mm Compact, as I am interested in knowing if the CW45 will be noticeably narrower and better for concealed carry?

I had some problems with my first CW45, the trigger quit working and was sent back to Kahr, and it wouldn't feed from the 7 round mags, and after 2 trips to Kahr, with the problem not fixed I sold it. I did the grabagun thing too, it should be here Friday.
I hope it works out better.

I have a CW45 and an M&P 40c, which is the same size as the 9c. The CW is a little thinner and slightly easier to conceal. I've only had the CW45 a few weeks, so I don't have much carry time with it, but I'm warming up to it very well. I only have about 500 or so rounds through the Kahr and have really come to like the trigger, even though I'm used to a lot less takeup and reset travel...hard to beat smoothe and crisp! The CW is 3rd in my rotation behind a Shield .40 and Glock 30. When the trigger feels more natural with practice, I'm sure the CW will move up a notch or two.

Heh exactly the same as me. M&P 9c and CW380. I just bought a Crossbreed SuperTuck for the 9c and wow. What an excellent holster. I don't have a CW45 but I do have a CW9. The CW9 is thinner and lighter. I don't carry it as I prefer the 12+1 on the 9c. By beyond that I imagine the CW9 would be a little bit easier to conceal.
Love just popping my CW380 in my front pocket or in a PJ holster though.

I have had my cw 45 for a couple of years now and I love that gun! I have fired over 600 rnds through it and the only problems were in the first 50 rnds. Just a couple of failure to ejects. Not any problems after that.
My CW45 makes me smile every time I pull the trigger. Great trigger and shoots to P.O.A. 100% feeding with hardball and CorBon. Not so with Fed. HST or Gold Dots.

Try out the Sig Sauer V crown hollow point ... they seem to be ok so far.
