Just finished cleaning it and hoping for range time tomorrow. It was pretty clean and lightly lubed, the feed ramp has a mirror finish. It looked like it would have been good to go right out of the box.

I have a couple hundred rounds of WWB fmj......hoping to fire it all up...my son will help so my hands should not be in too bad of shape when we finish.

Hope you'v e got one that proves 100% right out of the box.

Did you get it to carry as a BUG?

The first time out with my CW380 I tried to run the 200 round break in period. The gun started to get dirty and had a few miss feeds as a result. Do yourself a favor and field strip and clean the gun about half way through. You should not have any problems with your hands, it is a soft shooter.

So far pretty happy with the CW380. 230 rounds today and it ran good. I had a few stoppages but feel that they were ammo related or operator error (getting tired). The ammo was all white box Winchester it felt like a few of the stoppages were because the rounds were not hot enough to cycle the pistol fully. My grip may not have remained firm enough after shooting continuously. I will be trying some defensive ammo next time out and expect them to run fine.

Would it be possible for you to post a picture of the feed ramp? I went through the work of sanding down the feed ramp of my CM9 to avoid breaking magazines. I hope Kahr has a better feed ramp design for their CW380 because I'm ready to buy one.

I have tried to photograph the ramp but have not had any luck getting a good picture of it.
